As our body need bathing everyday,the same way our brain need bathing too. Everyday our brain get worse by negative vibration surrounding us as like insult, unfair behavior,abuse,deceive, unpleasant environment and so on. To overcome this all negativity we need to give positive vibration to our mind by saying positive words to yourself.
Before go to bed make planning for next day routine and command your mind to accomplish that. That planning must be realistic. We need to develop a trust to our mind that whatever you’ll think I will definitely put myself to prove that.
